Brief Answer:
Normal analysis according to WHO guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
I have gone through your reports.
According to WHO GUIDELINES THE report is normal.
However 50% immotile sperm is not normal.
But semen analysis varies from time to time and lab to lab.
If there are no genitourinary infections or varicocele motility can be improved.

If your wife is normal you can definitely father a child ,may be you need to improve motility a bit.
So don't worry about this report.
You can modify your life style ,get an andrology check up to rule out above mentioned condition s and repeat the test after 3 months.
Hope my answer helps you.

Thank you for the answer Doctor. My immotile sperm value always range between 40 to 50% in around all the semen analysis reports I have done so far right from the year 2014... I have done Semen analysis around 8 times now and the values are more or less the same during this 6 years period.. My fully functional progressive motile sperm number is much higher than Normal range specified by WHO, so can I be happy and confident with this analysis that I am completely Normal and would be able to Father a child without any problem if wife is cleared by her Gynaecologist to be good? Or do you suggest getting treated for high rate of immotile sperms?

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi

If so, you can get a physical check up with XXXXXXX to rule out any correctable causes. That will definitely improve the motility.
According to the guidelines progressive motility is within normal limits.
We have seen normal pregnancies with these motility if wife is normal.

Ok Thank you Doctor. Please let me know how much an Andrology test may cost? Can it be done in a lab where Semen analysis was done or are there any specialised labs to do it? Is it a urologist who is a specialist in these field, in case I need to consult further in a Hospital...
