Hi Doctor , I Am Getting Frequest Sore Throat ,
Question: Hi Doctor ,
I am getting frequest sore throat , body pains and pain in neck area both the sides ( not sure tonilitis or swallen lymph nodes ) . This is going on for more than a month to two , few days it is better, few days i get sore throat and the pain in neck and over all body pains .
I am attaching my throat images , do you see any thing wrong ( Tonsilitis or any other throat infections ? )
The pain on both side of under jaw / where tonsilities are located goes on its own for few days and comes back along with initial sore throat .
No fever , No Cough apart from the symptomps above over all health seems ok ,
can you suggest what it could be and any home remedies or any medicine.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photos of the throat you attached and the back of your throat seems to be red . The tonsils aren't barely seen which means they are not swollen and most probably not infected. Also tonsillitis gives high fever which you currently don't have.
I believe you are having pharyngitis. Being exposed to cold weather , drinking ice water, smoking, allergies can make you have frequent pharyngitis.
You can do these home remedies
gargling with salt water
gargling with baking soda and water
use acetaminophen for pain
use throat disinfectant spry ,or drops ,or lozenges.
have warm tea with honey and lemon.
