Question: Hi Doctor I am having allergy since the last month. Symptoms are running / block nose, sneezing, irritation in the nostrils. I am taking Allegra 120mg in the morning, Cetrizine 10mg at night

During season change, allergy can last for longer time. We need to look for allergen and stay away from it. Take some sun bath everyday. also saline gargles can help.

Otherwise you are on correct medicines but the dose is high.

I usually suggest amoxicillin-clavulanate for respiratory infections. If you think there maybe a super-infection with some bacteria then you can take this medicine two times a day for 3-5 days.

In normal times I would recommend a doctor visit. But in today's time, I will suggest that you stay away from any exposure.
