Question: Hi Doctor. I am having performance anxiety erectile dysfunction. I have been diagnosed with psychogenic ED. Viagra, Cialis & Levitra doesn't works. I am really depressed right now. Is this the end of the world?
I want to marry and live a peaceful life. But i am not able to move forward due to this. I have come to know about alprostadil which gives erection without simulation. I have read about Vitaros on google.
Is there any hope for me ? Thanks

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been facing problem of Psychogenic Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and have tried Viagra ,Cialis but failed to achieve hard erection .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments.
1) Have you consulted qualified Urologist or Sexologist ?

2)Are you diabetic or have hypertension ?

3) Have you done Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis to rule out Vasculogenic cause for your ED ?

4) Have you tried to have intra Vaginal Sex with female partner after taking Viagra or Cialis ?

Normally Viagra and Cialis are very helpful in achieving hard erection in patients with Psychogenic ED.

Alprostadil (Caverjet)is to be taken as a Intra Cavernosal injection in penis before planned sexual activity.However it has its own limitations that it can not be taken more than thrice a week.

I would suggest you not to find solution of your problem on Google but to consult qualified Urologist for proper scientific approach and evaluation before labeling your ED to be Psychogenic in nature and not Organic in nature .

I was married before. Cialis 20 mg worked fine for me. I was doing fine. Since now its going to be a new partner so i am scared that what if cialis doesn't works ? i have developed strange fear of not achieving erections during intercourse. So i just want to have some surety. I am worried

Thanks for follow up .

Since Cialis used to work previously there is no reason why it will not work now .

Basic cause for Psychogenic ED is anxiety hence more you worry about it it will aggravate the issue .

Please consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling and further treatment .
