Question: Hi Doctor,
I am taking you back to December 2018 when I raised a query about frequent headache of my wife. Based on the answers of some questions, you suggested that it is migrane and suggested the following medicines:

1. Melilotus Q 20 drop with half cup of water 3 times a day
2. R16 20 drops with half cup of water 4 time a day
3. Onosmodium 30 2 drop 3 time in a day on tongue

After a month, the medicines were changed to the following :

R16 20 drops with half cup of water 4 time a day
Melilotus Q 20 drop with half cup of water 2 time in a day XXXXXXX carb 30 2 drop 2 time in a day

When she was taking medicines for approx. 2.5 months in total, the frequency of the headache was less though it was there at times. Now, again she is having very frequent headaches (almost 2-3 times a week). Not sure what to do now? Do we have to start the medicines again?

Is there a permanent cure of this headache? Please suggest.
Please let me know if more information is required at my end.

Hi Doctor,
MRI was done 3 years back. Report is attached.
This headache issue is quite old just that sometimes the frequency increases and sometimes it is a bit less.

Also, recently we have got general health check done for her and I am also attaching the reports for your reference though I am not sure if they are related in this case.

Please suggest the way forward.

Based on report provided no major finding is observed. Reports are Normal or in some case mild deviation.
Based on details i am suggesting some homeopathic medication and you can start with

1. R16 20 drops with half cup of water three times in a day
2. Iris vers Q 10 drops with half cup of water three times in a day
3. Passiflora Q 10 drops with half cup of water three times in a day
4. Belladona Q 10 drops with half cup of water three times in a day

Take medicine for a month and revert me back
Please note if required you might be repeat the MRI depending upon the progress after month
