Question: Hi Doctor,

I had HIV,VDRL,HepC,HepB, all the tests are non-reactive or negative.

Currently I am staying in a mansion and I have my medical certificates with me. I broke fight with my Mansion manager to whom I give the room keys before I leave for work every day. I worried that, due to my manager's personal animosity towards me, if he gains access to any of my medical records, he may tamper it by changing things in those documents. For that reason i took photo of all those documents and burnt it. Now i fear that whether, i burnt all the documents fully or not. This is worrying me. Is this my mental problem or was it correct to burn all the documents out of fear.

I can understand your problem. This is happening just because of anxiety. You have pictures of records so why are you worried.

Since the tests were negative so the record was of no use. These were just few test reports. You did nothing wrong in this.

The thoughts that whether you burnt the records or not are due to anxiety only. Stop worrying for this. Just remain relaxed.

I am working for Canadian project. Anytime, I can be asked to work from Canada. Hence I have taken all these tests and all of them were negative.

I have taken all my report pictures. Hence no worries. Also I will marry only after getting my partners medical report and only after making sure that she is medically fit.

Hence I will always be clean. My doctor suggested me to take rivotril 0.5 mg, whenever I am feeling this type of stress and loss of sleep. Should I take rivotril. Kindly help.

If the medical fitness is needed when you shift to Canada then most likely they will get repeat fresh medical fitness done. Old reports has no value if we consider lab reports. So even on that line you can stay relaxed.

Yes you can take Rivotril on SOS basis and this will ease your stress. This is due to anxiety only.
