Hi Doctor,
I had contacted you in December regarding my 2 year daughter as she used to catch cold and fever quite often and you had suggested Munostim 4 tab 3 times in a day for a month to strengthening immune system. Its been a month now and she was fine in this month.
Shall we continue with Munostim? If yes, how long we have to continue with it? Please suggest.

Meanwhile continue the same medicine for another 2 month and then update me.
Also if in between she catches cold kindly let me know so that we can assess if any intervention is required
Munostim 4 tab 3 times in a day for 30 days
Munostim 4 tab twice in a day for next 30 days

Unfortunately, she has got slight cough and sneezing since yesterday with slight runny nose. Just to let you know that sometimes we were giving munostim only twice as she goes to day care and one dose was missed.
Please suggest the way forward now.

I suggest you to follow suggested dose. You can give her three doses just before leaving her school and after coming from school and before sleeping, if possible.
Understand this is vulnerable time for her to getting expose with infection.
As per seasonal changed she might have some infection.
For now you can continue the suggested medication
Advice you keep her safe from seasonal changes
