Question: Hi Doctor,

I have a problem with my daily routine, I usually wake up at 5 AM in the morning and go for a 2 hours cycling and cardio workout and once I am back home I feel sleepy and sleep for a hour, I wanted to get rid of the sleeping habit after my workout, I have been tried to be active but usually it makes me get tried every night if I skip the 1 hour sleep after my workout

I would really need your help on this please ! I would want to use the maximum of 24 hours by being active

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you want to get up at 5 am , you should sleep by 9 pm every night. That should be there and no normally functioning human can escape this rest period. In case you are doing more work than others, then also you need more sleep.

If you are taking enough sleep of 8 hrs and still you feel sleepy during day, then only I can recommend something further.
