Hi Doctor, I Have A Problem With My Penis. It
Question: Hi Doctor,
I have a problem with my penis. It started last week Sunday with numbness in my penis tip. I didn't do anything to it so just waited for a week to see how i feel. Now yesterday it started to getting hardening inside. It feels the tissue or muscle in my penis is shrinking and hardening. Still also feel little numbness on the tip of my penis.
i have been doing jelqing and vacuum pump so i am afraid i might have damaged vessels or something inside my penis. Also, when i squeeze it a little bit it softens but normally its kind of feels like stiff inside eventhough its not erect and smaller than ever. However, From the time it started ,For a week it didn't get small or hardening or anything. Just started with bit of numbness on the tip and its been a week now. I can pee easily and feel no pain. I would like to know what you think about that. Thank you so much

Based on the facts that you have posted numbness at the tip of the penis and hardness that you have noticed since very recently is most likely to be due to damage to the nerves due to using vacuum pump device .
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination in person and get Ultrasound Scanning of Penis done to find out whether there is any damage to Corpora Cavernosa (Erectile Body).
Stop using vacuum device .The sensation would regain in due course of time about 2-3 weeks .

I hope you didn’t misunderstand my sentence.
It’s hardening inside when it’s flaccid. When I touch it, it feels like stiff inside. I’m very scared that something snapped inside. Is it something emergency ? Can you tell me if it’s not serious from what I feel? For example, no pain at all anytime or no burning feeling or anything when I pee.
Also, can I do anything to help it become loose when it’s flaccid? Like drink lots of water or slowly massage it. Any suggestions ? I have my appointment in 4 days but I’m afraid to wait 4 more days.

Strange thing is when I press gentle on the shaft a little bit it gets soft and normal but when I don't hardening comes back so I feel like touching it to make it feel normal and soft inside when its flaccid

One more thing, When i pee, it becomes softer and normal. So I thought this might help understand the situation better. I dont see any swelling or any dis-colorization either. Its been 8 days since this injury started.
