Brief Answer:
Lumps are physiological; due to breast feeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns.
1. The piles usually develop during pregnancy due to constipation. If these are not painful then no active treatment is needed. Only surgical dilatation and repair can help in removing it but recurrence can happen in case you have constipation in future,
2. I have seen the attached images. The lumps in the armpits are extension of the breast tissue. It is painless and usually subsides after you stop the breast feeding. This is not suggestive of any pathology and there is no need to worry.
I hope this answers your query.
