Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query as well as the attached reports in details...
Well, most of the reports are essentially within normal ranges only apart from some borderline derangements in the Cholesterol levels, MCHC, RDW counts which could be seen due to nutritional deficiencies.
Just take a balanced high protein diet with a lot of green vegetables, seasonal fruits, and salads, drink plenty of water, avoid any kind of alcohol and smoking (if at all do), that should be enough to take care of it. Avoid fast/junk/oily foods.
Those mild variations in the lymphocytes can be seen even in the mildest form of infection (eg. viral flu, cough, cold, skin rashes etc.) or any bodily inflammation, not to worry about it.
Along with this, start exercising 30-45minutes a day (if not doing already), go for daily jogging and freehand exercising in the beginning. Afterwards, you can join a gym and start working out under the supervision of the gym-trainer.
Repeat the lipid profile, FBS, along with electrolytes, Vitamin D3 level and Thyroid function test after 6months to look into it further.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take Care
Kind Regards
