I need an opinion regarding my cousin's report. He around 48 years and his blood platelets have gone down drastically in last 4 months. It was around 80000 4 months back but now it has come down to 50000 and even the dengue and malaria are negative. Need an opinion on the blood reports attached and next steps that's needed.

I checked with my cousin and he was suffering from fever from last 4 days but there is no history of viral infection or deficiency of B12.

If he has fever then most likely to be due to viral infection. Because reduction in wbc count and platelets count is very common in viral infection.
It is not necessary that dengue is positive. He may have other viral infection.
In my opinion he should go for ultrasound abdomen and SGPT test. These will give exact idea.Then take treatment accordingly.
Take plenty of fluid orally and repeat complete blood count after 2 days.
