Question: Hi Doctor, I received an injury to my penis during oral sex quite a few months ago.

I thought that it would go away by itself, but it hasn't and it does not seem to be getting better.

It is not accompanied by any pain though.

I had a similar injury in the same place about 12 years ago and it dissappered on its own after a while.

I'd like to know what the recommended treatment is please.

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded it seems that you have inflammation of the penis proximal to coronal sulcus due to trivial injury while having oral sex .

Start taking anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for 10 days .It should work for you .
