Brief Answer:
A fresh thyroid function test is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are more likely suggestive of hyperthyroidism(excessive thyroid hormone).
However other conditions including anxiety disorders can mimic hyperthyroidism.
You have to get a fresh a fresh thyroid function test(TFT) which must include freeT3, freeT4, TSH, and antibodies.
Once the hyperthyroidism confirmed, you might require anti thyroid drugs to bring the hormones back to normal.
As of now continue esciatlopram.
Hope I have answered your query.
thanks
