Use antinflamatory drugs such advil, visit rheumatologist.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you may need to get further evaluated doing a xray of affected joint and blood tests.
The treatment consists on antinflamatory drugs such advil, aspirin or celexocib.
Corticosteroid may be used.
Also according to the stage even chemotherapy drugs such methotrexate may be used.
You may need to visit a rheumatologist.
Take ibuprofen since you can find it otc in pharmacy.

Brief Answer:
Mild bone inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the x-ray you uploaded to reports and not much changes in bones are seen. You are in early stage of disease. Inflammation is mild so you can use hot compresses to stimulate circulation and also use calcium calvit to support bone health and relieve pain.
Also use ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
