Question: Hi Doctor
Lately i have been having joint pain in fingers and toes, knees, elbows and shoulders, i developed a purple line rash which disappeared in a week, i also have these purple looking veins on one of my finger(like a spider vein) the result came back as
ANA: 1:160 (<160)
Pattern: speckled
Does this mean i have an autoimmune disease? My AST/ALT levels are normal
My C-reactive protein, ESR, Uric were normal
UREA was slightly elevated (7.8)
My GFR has always been over 90 now its 87
What autoimmune can cause purple looking veins to appear on fingers, joint pain and affect kidney?

Brief Answer:
viral arthralgias
Detailed Answer:
hi
it may be too early to start worrying about autoimmune diseases.
it may be a viral arthritis, or arthralgia, associated with a rash.
i suggest take anti inflammatory medication for a few days, and watch for your symptoms, in case the rashes and pain increase or are associated with swelling in any joint, we can investigate further.
