Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts and reports that you have posted the problem of frequent urination at night that your father has with significant post void residual urine of urine is most likely to be due to developing post TURP Bladder Neck Stenosis with recurrence of of enlargement of Prostate (Volume 28 cc)..
I would appreciate if you can post details of surgery he has undergone in 2018.
Consult Urologist who has operated on him and get his Uroflowmetry studies done .He may need to undergo endoscopic surgery of Bladder Neck Incision (BNI) with resection of residual Prostate .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Firstly Thank you for your response.
Surgery was done in 2013 and the surgeon who had operated is now retired and is far from my place.
I have attached the discharge summary and uroflowmetry report.
So, please advise us on how we need to proceed next Sir.
Repeat Ultrasound Scanning
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
In present context of symptoms that he has it is likely that he has redeveloped bladder outlet obstruction .Bladder Neck obstruction is known to have tendency to recur ,
I would suggest you to Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Uroflowmetry .
.Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
Thanks and Regards,
Dr Patil.
