Could be mostly due to UTI .Needs to rule out diabetes and hypertension

Thanks for query .
Based on the reports that you have posted your urinary microalbumin is slightly higher than normal value of 25 .This could be due to early onset of Diabetes and the diagnosis needs to be established by doing blood tests for sugar on empty stomach and two hours after lunch .
As regards urine albumin creatinine ratio of 48 is higher than normal value of 30 could be either due to UTI However it needs to rule out early kidney disease which is commonly associated with Diabetes and Hypertension.
Please consult qualified Nephrologist or Physician for further investigations and assessment .

FASTING BLOOD SUGAR is 99.7 mg/dL
Reference Range is 70- 99
But HbA1c - (HPLC - NGSP Certified) is 5
I am having heavy itching and slight pain when urinating, I have been using ciplox (CIPRO) last 7 days. Now itching is come down. I suspect it could be UTI. Can i continue CIPRO. Can i take FLUKA 150.
LIVER GGT values also slightly high. Would it create any problem Please help me?

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Dear Sir,
One final question. My itch is not yet control. Yesterday night also coming. I thought it is because of Liver high readings. My blood sugar is also control. No blood sugar. Why I am getting itching. Could you please help me on this. Entire body itching like itching and tingling all over body.
I did Kidney function test. It is also good every thing is in control. Can you please help me please. Thanks a lot for your help.

Urine colour(Water colour) liquid is coming/discharge with urine or after urine pass. I felt it is sticky after pass when I clean. there is urine smell. Could you please suggest strong tablet for this. Now there is no pain when urinating. only sticky discharge
