Brief Answer:
May be related to musculoskeletal pain..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is difficult to predict the cause of pain from the details provided. You seem to have had this type of pain from years. Do you notice any aggravating or relieving factors? Probably the pain is related to bad posture (ergonomics). Occasionally the pains could be related to nutrient deficiency including anemia.

Have you been to a doctor for the problem? If not, I will recommend you to visit one. You will need careful physical examination of back. A few blood tests that includes hemoglobin, calcium and vitamin D and others may have to be done.

In the meanwhile you may take over the counter pain medications whenever the pain troubles you. I suggest tab zerodol for such pains to my patients.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
