My cousin brother has Fever since 2 days, it was around 100 on the first day, but yesterday it increased to 102-103. redness of eye, irritation in throat, body pain.

Thanks for posting your query. I have gone through your query and I would suggest you to take the following medicines.

Tab. Dolo 650mg as and when required for fever or throat/body pain for a maximum of 4 times a day.
Tab. Sinarest twice
Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg
Tab. Montek LC 10 mg
Tab. Zincovit 50 mg
Steam inhalation for 20 minutes twice daily and salt water gargling three times a day.
