Hi Doctor,
Please see the replies below:
1. Has there been any fever? - No, there is no fever but, she is having cough and runny nose. Also, we noticed these rashes around 3-4 days back.
2. Is the Rash itchy or is there any burning sensation? - Though she doesn't speak much as of now so she is not able to tell anything but, she doesn't touch it anytime so we assume that there is no itch or burning sensation.
3. Does anybody else in the family have similar skin Rash? - Not similar but, sometimes my wife develops some rash due to dry skin in winters. But, this one seems to be a bit different.
Regards,
Ankur

Brief Answer:
Looks like eczema or milia
Detailed Answer:
Hello...this looks like eczema or milia.
I suggest using Atogla lotion available as OTC thrice a day for 7-10 days.
Use Tedybar soap and Spoo shampoo.
This will get better by itself.
But if it is spreading rapidly then you will need a pediatrician's direct consult please.
Best regards - Dr Sumanth Amperayani

Hi Doctor,
Thanks for your reply.
Atogla lotion has to be applied only on the affected area or it can be used as a general body lotion for baby on overall body as well? Please suggest.

Ankur
