Hi Doctor, My Kids Teeth Has Some Bad Cavity Issue

Question: Hi Doctor, My kids teeth has some bad cavity issue in her teeth and i have been visiting doctors since few months. Most of them are recommending general anesthesia and treating the teeth with crown and pulp treatment. I am worrried of the anesthesia process and see a risk however the doctor has ensured there will be no problem with 1 in 100000 having issues with cases like this. Please can you check the attached images and let me know if there is anything that culd be done with out anesthesia. Also, if anesthesia is done - is it safe enoguh/

Please see attached xray
Brief Answer:
You are advised appropriately.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for writing to us
Well I have viewed the x ray and few of her teeth jave deep decay that needs pulp treatment and crown.
As she is too young to cooperate for treatment without sedation or anaesthesia it is appropriately advised.
It is also correct that complications are not always seen.
So better proceed with the treatment.
In case of doubt consult a Pedodontist and discuss about conscious sedation.
Hope I have answered your query.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.
