Hi Doctor, My Problem Is Premature Ejaculation . During Intercourse
Question: Hi Doctor, My problem is premature ejaculation. During intercourse I ejaculate within few second and can't even control. After ejaculation am not getting erection to do again. Kindly help.

1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
