My son is 2 years old and has got white spot / patch on his face. Initially there was only one spot however it has increased and has 3 white dry patch on his face and one on chest. Doctor has prescribed Tendrone cream and we applied the same however no effect.. Hence wanted to know more about it and whether it is curable and reason for such white dry patch.

This is a possible fungal infection of the skin.
I generally other following treatment to my patients with such symptoms. Yes this is certainly curable.
Application of Betnovate cream twice daily for 7 days.
Keto S soap for bathing for 2 weeks.
Avoid exposure to sunlight and dust.
Please check with your physician if he or she shares my view and if can offer these medications to improve his symptoms.
