Hi Doctor, My Sperm Count Was 7million In Dec 2020

Question: Hi Doctor,

My sperm count was 7million in Dec 2020 in XXXXXXX again i did the test and my count was 18million. Then my doctor suggested Maxozal and Coq300 in XXXXXXX Today again i did the test and count was 14 million with 50% forward progression. Please note that my other reports are normal and i am non smoker with healthy life style.
Could you please advise is there any reason for varied numbers? And solution to improve the count.

I can understand your concern.
Have you done body check up with an XXXXXXX to rule out any genital infections, varicocele,or other issues with scrotum ?
Semen analysis varies from lab to lab with same sample.
There is no point in taking any medicine
blindly withoutt identifying the cause.
So visit a nearby XXXXXXX and get it evaluated.

I did the sonography pf scroturm and reports are normal. Can you suggest some ways or medicine to improve the number ?
