Brief Answer:
Start fexofenadine and montelukast combination.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, your wife should start montelukast (anti allergic) and fexofenadine (antihistamine).
Better to take for atleast 3 months.
This combination tablet should be taken at night before going to sleep.
She will mostly improve with this.
If not improving then get done detailed allergy testing to identify allergens responsible for this.
Once she identifies allergens, try to avoid them to prevent allergic lesions.
Please let me know if she already done any allergy test.
I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your wife. Thanks.
