Brief Answer:
Need some clarifications....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is difficult to predict the cause of pain without a physical examination. Therefore I would like to know a few details before we can think of possible causes.
1. Is the pain affecting both shoulders?
2. Is the pain limited to shoulder or does it spread to the neck or arm?
3. Does she notice any limb weakness?
4. Any abnormal sensation in the fingers and hands?
5. Is she running fever?
6. Has she had similar complaints in the past?
7. Does she have regular period? And when was her last period?
I would like you to answer all my questions. It will allow me to narrow down an possible causes.

Brief Answer:
pain medications....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Based on the details provided the shoulder pain may be related to musculoskeletal pain. If the pain persists I will suggest she try pain killers and muscle relaxants. To my patients I suggest tab etoshine MR or nucoxia MR (etoricoxib with thiocolchicoside) twice daily for 3 days. If the pain persist despite medications, careful clinical examination of neck along with radiological tests (xrays and Scans) are necessary.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
