Hi Doctor, Need Help, I Am Having Middle Back Pain
Question: Hi Doctor,
Need help, I am having middle back pain duration of this pain is approx 9 years now but from last 1 year pain is unbearable now. There is one point in mid of back, i can't press slight even at that point because of pain. Already showed to ortho, asked me to do Scan and MRI after the he told nothing is in bone. Could anyone help what to do next? suffering from back pain so badly.

Does the pain increase on bending, twisting, or any other movement?
What are the factors that reduce the pain?
How much is the area affected/painful/tender. You can take help of a family member and put a marker on the spot and have clear and focused photos. This helps in getting more idea. Mark the area well and write the size in centimetres.
What is the character of pain? Like burning, shooting, pricking, twisting, throbbing.
Please post reports of the scan and MRI done.
