Brief Answer:
Acne and it’s management

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be acne.
I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg ( capsule Microdox LBX) once daily at bedtime and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel ( persol AC 2.5 percent) on the pimples twice daily for 3 weeks.
Also use an antifungal shampoo containing ketoconazole ( scalpe plus shampoo) twice weekly.
Avoid oiling of scalp, avoid sugars and dairy products, don’t pick pimples, stay in cool airy environment and avoid scrubbing of your face.
