Hi Doctor, Could You Tell Me What Could The Test

Question: Hi Doctor, could you tell me what could the test results means below. I notice the middle one is really high.
Brief Answer:
Elevated reticulocites count
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached of your reticulocites count analysis and two first values were elevated. This means that your body is destroying erythrocytes ( red blood cells) fast and the bone marrow is trying to replace them by increasing reticulocites.
Haemolytic anemia may be possible.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't think this can be related to dehydration. This count may be related to hemolytic anemia. Different conditions Van cause it and you may need further investigations.
