Question: Hi Doctor,

for the last few months i have had itchy armpits.
There is no visable lumps, or rashes.

I have also had an itchy spot on the inside of my arm for about 6 years. Nothing has ever developed.

i have revently had a full blood count and eveything was fine.

i have googled and now im concerned about Lymphoma. what are your thoughts?

Brief Answer:
Allergic in nature, topical steroid, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be allergic in nature.
It could be related to deodorants, perfumes, textiles, soaps and hot humid weather.
It doesn’t seem to be related to lymphoma.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Brief Answer:
Your complete blood count is normal, there are no lumps in armpit

Detailed Answer:
In case of lymphoma you will develop enlarged lymph nodes.
There will be lumps in the armpit.
Also your complete blood count will show abnormality.
