Brief Answer:
Regarding acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and noted your concern.

You seem to have inflammatory acne. Kindly upload a photo of the acne so that I am better able to help.

I suggest you to take an oral antiacne antibiotic e.g either Doxycycline 100 mg or Minocycline 100mg for 3-4 weeks under doctor's supervision.
In addition I suggest you to apply a topical clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide combination gel ( Clindoxyl gel) on acne. Use a gentle cleanser e.g Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion, twice daily.
These are all prescription medications.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
