Question: Hi Doctor, i need your help, it has been about 10 days the back of my head hurts alot, and my pressure go low, I feel dizzy and sweaty, and my ear whistle, I have done a lot of tests but all of them are fine. Please help me whats cause of this

Hii. There may be many causes of this headcahe, tinnitus, tinnitus of ears. It may be due to ear causes like Meniers disease, paroxysmal vertigo, sensorineural hearing loss, postural hypotension or any infection in the middle ear. Meniers disease is associated with ear fullness, tinnitus, hearing loss. This may be there most probable cause. So you need to consult an entire surgeon and a physucian. Get a hearing checked. You need to get your ear checked thoroughly. You need to do few vestibular tests to rule out the exact cause. You need to consult a medicine doctor tobrule out any hypertension, cardiac causes or neurological causes. Please review if our have any queries.
