Question: Hi Doctor, please read carefully my question and try to well understand my situation. I wanna know if when i put the speakers of my headphones on my skin (of my leg), did the sound waves issued by the speakers (loud music) penetrate through the skin to the blood and causes DNA and genes damages (in the blood cells) directly and causes blood cancer??? I know that it is an OCD thought and i know that you will recommend that i see a psycologist but please doctor answer my question through your specialty. I want a scientifically answer and what happen at the cells level while this situation occurs. When i put the speakers of my headphones on my skin (and my skin was covered by the speakers) so the music was getting out directly from the headphones speakers to my skin, a thought just popped up in my head that (What if the sound waves of the loud music enter directly through my skin to the blood and causes harm to the DNA and genes and causes blood cancer) ??? Is that possible doctor? And do the cells respond and interract with this thoughts and fears??? Do the cells understand the content of the thought and its fear and affect directly the DNA and genes by causing to them damages??? I'm afraid that the cells understand my fears and my thought (of getting blood cancer because of putting the headphones speakers on my skin and the sound waves enter and interfere with the blood and causes damage in blood cells DNA and genes) and causes blood cancer. My questions are: 1) Did putting headphones with loud music on the skin lead the sound waves to enter through the skin and interfere with blood cells to cause them DNA and genes damages and lead to blood cancer???? 2) When a thought pop up in my mind says that (when i put the headphones on my skin and this lead the sound waves to enter through the skin and interfere with blood cells to cause them DNA and genes damages and lead to blood cancer) do cells understand the thought and the fears related to it and response to them to make it true in a physically level and causes blood cancer????? I mean do the body and the cells response to this thought and fears and make them true in a physically level??? Please doctor answer my questions carefully in a scientifically way and tell me what happen at the cells level during this situation.
