Brief Answer:
Maay be due to allergic rhinitis. Require further evaluation..

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and attached images. Here is my advise.

As per your history and attached images, I think it may be due to allergic rhinitis as physician already prescribed antibiotics and still not getting relief.

For detailed clinical examination, I would suggest you to consult with ENT surgeon.

He may procure complete blood count, x ray paranasal sinuses, nasal swab sos to rule out deviated nasal septum/chronic sinusitis as per evaluation.

Along with that continue steam inhalation twice a day. Do betadine or saline gargles. Avoid hot and spicy foods as acidity may also cause dry cough.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.
