Question: Hi Dr I I myself 45 years sports athlete Guy' I am into strength training do weights training regularly my question is my sexual urge is too high sometimes do intercourse twice like morning once and night again some people say doing sex on regular basis will only burn calories but you won't be able to pump muscles due to testosterone being used in daily sex activities they say you do weekly twice in order to preserve muscle mass and maintain strength please do give me proper feedback thanks again

I don't take any kind of supplements except Nestle protein sometimes but I consume nuts dry fruits vegetables seasonal fruits and non veg 2 times a week fish and mutton weight training i am doing since 8 months

It can be partly right to say that the more you get engaged in sexual activities your hormones levels may drop down. It is very essential to keep the testosterone levels at required quantities all the time to build muscle.
I would not recommend sex daily twice , that surely will exhaust you in terms of hormone and many other supporting hormones needed to workout with concentration and energy.
Sex every alternate day is also fine to keep you physiology healthy.
Over usage of any part either the sex activities or the muscle building will always have bad effects.
5 days a week workout and 3 to 4 times sexual activities in a week is right way of living through both.
