Hi Dr., I Just Burned One Of My Fingers About

Question: Hi Dr.,

I just burned one of my fingers about 45 minutes ago on a toaster set to 500F. I immediately ran it under cold water for 10 minutes. My problem though is that about 20 min later, I grazed the finger, and a small piece of the wound opened up and now is oozing. What should I do? Just bandage it? Leave it open? Apply any ointment like aquaphor? Because it is open, should I get any urgent care, even though it is small? I will add a picture for your best diagnosis.
Thank you in advance.
