Hi Dr. I Noticed Several Days Ago That I Am

Question: Hi Dr.
I noticed several days ago that I am seeing like dots floating or moving with my sight. It never interferes with my vision nor cause a problem in the vision. It's usually more obvious when there are more lights or looking at white walls or white screen . It's like white or black dots moving . I don't have pain even and I am 33 years and never have problems in my eyes before. But it is bothering me. Because of current situation of COVID, I can't do any physical or retinal exams now or go to doctor. Also I would like to let you know that I am a professor at University and spend a lot of time sitting on pc or using XXXXXXX phone especially now a days because of electronic education.
Any risk in my situation? Or vision loss risk ?
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Floaters
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
These are floaters ,there is a jelly at the back of eye called vitreous humour. Some opacities develop in this gel, which appear back in the visual axis.As you pointed out, they moove with the movement of eye, appear more on white background like sky, will be visible less after evening.
Usually we do not offer treatment as they are harmless unless a shower appears overnight, then a heamorrhage is to be ruled out,not so in your case.
Ignore them.Reassurence is our first step to our patients.
Tab.vitamin C 500 mg once a day for 6 weeks helps.
Do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.
