Its a peculiar issue with my 7.6 year old male kid. Last 10 days he was anxious. The problem started like this. Frequent urination but no infection. Last week he hold the tools in class, when he told about to me i told it is not good for your health and explained consequences. The next day he went to tools twice in home and went to school. in school he had vomiting. We got a call from school and brought him to home. In home no episodes of vomit or motion. The next day also he vomited in school and after that he was normal. Vomiting also first 1hr of the school. Today also he vomited before entering in to the school. We have taken him to paediatrician, He said its not related infection, its stress related. My kid is more stressed morning 1hr before going to school. He will ask repeatdly will i get vomit today and forcibly he is vomiting. We are literally worried. Now he is in 2nd std earlier we didnt have any issue. School teacher also we told they are cooperative. How to deal this issue. Is this serious? Please advise.

Brief Answer:
I would suggest urine examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Since it started suddenly, I would check his urine for routine examination and if pus ceels are found, then send urine for culture and sensitivity.
Also give him clean water to drink. If he feels like vomiting, we can give him Ondansetron syrup in morning itself and re-assure him that with this medicine there will be no vomiting whole day.
Third step would be to accompany him to school, and take him around in school during school hours. This will helps him feel comfortable in school.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
