Hi Dr. Kakkar! As You Know, I Suffer From A

Benign spots
Detailed Answer:
Hello there.
Hope you are fine.
I have reviewed the before and after images of hands and arms. The spots on your hands and arms before treatment seem absolutely benign - small-sized, light brown, well defined, uniformly colored and similar looking spots.
They seem like seborrheic keratosis and freckles and they seem to be healing well after treatment.
Nothing to worry.
Regards

Two quick follow up questions:
Those white spots on my arms are harmless, correct? They’re more visible because we just got back from Florida and I got some sun there...
I’m looking into getting some IPL treatment on the tops of my hands and tops of my arms for the residual hyperpigmentation and underlying damage (I’ve had IPL on my face before)...do you think that may help?
Thank you again for always being there for me!!!

Regarding white spots on arms
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
The white spots are most likely those of Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis (IGH). It is a harmless condition. I don't think an IPL is really indicated or is going to be very helpful for the photodamage on arms and hands. Though you can take IPL on face for rejuvenation and stimulating collagen. For your arms, just keep using a sunscreen regularly. Take care
