Question: Hi Dr. My name is XXXXXXX 30 years. I am having small bumps on my scalp, forehead and ear region ( similar to acne but not exactly, it is like a mosquito bite). They are little reddish in Color. They are causing itching sensation. It has been around 3 weeks I am having itching on my head. Please advice.

seems like papular urticaria which is a hypersensitivity to insect/ mosquito bites. I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% (Flutivate cream), twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
