Question: Hi Dr. Sharna
I am attaching my blood test result and will appriciate if you will have a look, and foucuse on "Biochemical Investigation of Anemia and Iron Overload" and on total Bilirubine as well.
Please explain in your wiev what this mean, what could be possible issues and advise what aditional testing will be necessery (if) to answer on this.
Also please advise me what question i need to adress to my MD as well
Also please advise base on this result on what diet i should focus?

anemia of chronic disease or iron deficiency or iron overload or something else, and how you can feet this result in that attached diagram (last 3rd pdf)

Detailed Answer:
Considering your lab. results, I see that they are all normal except for the excessive iron , bilirubin level and cholesterol in your blood.
As for the iron, stop taking iron supplements if you taking any and avoid foods rich in iron like black honey, red meats , animal liver...etc. then repeat the lab investigation after 1 month.
As for the bilirubin , this is probably because of a biliary problem, so you should do ultrasound imaging test to see where is the problem.
AS for cholesterol level, you can take atorvastatin 40 mg tab once at bed time to help to decrease this level.
No additional tests needed at this point.
