Hi, Every Time I Eat My Gland Under My Lower

Question: Hi, Every time I eat my gland under my lower jaw/tongue get bigger on one side, this is not painful but is very hard to touch. I can push this lump back but can still feel it.

Do I have an infection or stones?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the problem that you are currently having is caused by a blockage of the salivary gland.
Since you are not having pain, bad smell or fever most probably it can be caused by salivary stones.
You can follow these advices:
Use lemon to produce more saliva and help the stone go out.
Use more water to flush it out.
Use war compresses and massage it.
Rinse mouth with salted water.

There isn't much probability of being a tumour.
You can wait for sometime using the tips I mentioned and see if it is removed by itself.
