Question: Hi, For the last many months i have seen few dark spots developing on my leg and thigh. They are itchy sometimes in cold and dry conditions. Would you be able to say what these are? Could you please say what has caused these and if i could apply a home remedy?
I am a 36 year old female!

It seems like Eczenatous Dermatitis.
I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer daily. In addition I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream twice daily You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
