Hi For The Past Two Months My Period Has Been

Question: Hi
For the past two months my period has been abnormal. Late by 5 days as well as just having brown spotting and sometimes I only see the brown blood when I go to the toilet. I did the test but it turned out negative. Should I do the test again? I'm really worried.

If you are doubting pregnancy you need to do a urine pregnancy. If not a gynaec check up to rule out any infection will be necessary. Do you have any hormonal issues like PCOS or thyroid ?
If the discharge or brown colour happens regularly it could be your periods. But it is better to evaluate.

I'll wait and see how my period is this month and if need be go to a gynae. I have started taking pregnacare conception pill as well. I don't know if it's a good idea though.

I hope pregnacare doesn't contain any hormones. If you are planning pregnancy don't wait for the next period for a checkup.
