Please explain if the pain is mild or severe, associated with ear discharge, any nose symptoms, any dental problems, any history of trauma, cold and cough. It seems that you are having eustachian tube dysfunction due to some upper respiratory tract infection. So start taking nasoclear saline drop as it clear the mucus from the nose and will decongest the eustachian tube and will decrease the pain. Take steam inhalation. You can take paracetamol to decrease pain. If you are having any ear discharge then start taking ciplox ear drop. As this is a covid time you start above measures and consult any ent surgeon after covid time is over. Please review if you have any queries.

i'm getting mild pain. but, some times it is going up sever.
