Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
Pyorrhea should be checked up by a Dentist in person as there can be indwelling teeth/gum/other medical problems behind it...
For the heart-burn (what you describe as the chest burn), you should take a few precautions as well as taking PPI/antacid for a few days to observe how it stays. Medicines like PANTOPRAZOLE 40mg once daily on an empty stomach (before breakfast) can be tried for about a week.
Now, for heartburn apart from the medicines, I'd also recommend a few lifestyle modifications as following:
-If you take too many caffeine/caffeinated energy drinks please avoid as they are quite notorious for causing this, please stop them altogether...avoid caffeine at least for the time being and observe how you stay afterward...
-Have simple home-made foods, toasts, organic preparations, home-made vegetable soups, salads; avoid fast/processed foods, avoid refined sugar/sugary products.
-Drink plenty of water throughout the day (only proper R.O or mineral water, no outside water strictly)...
-Avoid smoking/alcohol also (if at all do), they're another known to factors which can further aggravate this condition...
If despite following these, symptoms persist, I'd suggest you get yourself checked up by an Internal Medicine specialist for a thorough clinical evaluation...there may be some further investigations required based on these findings...
Wish you good health...
Let me know if I can assist you further...
Take Care
Kind Regards
