Question: Hi. I accidentally closed the previous thread. I have been on here before with bouts of anxiety in the past and have been having new issues that I am concerned about. A few months ago, I started feeling like I would get hot and dizzy sometimes. This has continued every now and then and a few days ago, I had some tightness in my upper back. Two nights ago, I visited an ER because I woke up with a pain in my upper left chest. It was a light pain that would come for a couple of seconds and then go away for a few seconds. This scared me along with the left arm tightness I have had for days in my shoulder blade to pinky. My ECG ended up being normal and monitored me for around 2 hours. The blood work came out normal with my Troponin (<0.05), myoglobin (36.4) and CKMB ((<1.0)levels being normal. They sent me home but now I am concerned that they did the blood work when I got there and it wasn’t long enough to see the numbers increase. They only did one round of blood work and iI have read that they usually monitor it when you arrive and again later. I’m not sure what to do. I did see my PCP early last week and all of my regular blood work was normal. I felt fine later on but still would still feel dizzy every so often.

Brief Answer:
Can be related to low blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and the previous one.
So as I mentioned before I don't think that the episode of chest pain in the ER is related to heart issues because the ECG and blood tests were normal.
The chest pain in this case can be either muscle pain or stomach pain .
Also you refer that the tests last week were normal. If you still feel dizzy often you may need to check your blood pressure. Low blood pressure may cause dizziness. Also ear issues may cause you dizziness , vertigo.
Anxiety also may contribute to these symptoms.
Let me know if I can assist you further .
