Question: Hi, I am 20 years old and I have three hard lumps on my head. And they have been there for a very long time like maybe years and I feel they are growing and one of them is in front right in the middle and it’s quite visible. So what are they exactly?.

Please give details and post actual photographs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history well and understood the concerns.
Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
What is are sizes of the lumps?
Any pain or tenderness (pain on pressure)?
Can they be moved with skin (scalp is less XXXXXXX over skull) or fixed to the bone?
Are the hair present over the lumps or less than the surrounding (for the ones on the scalp)?
Any other information please.
Kindly post focused and clear photos as these helps in some cases for on-the-spot diagnosis.

Your feedback is awaited.

Doctor I forgot to tell that I feel dizzy ever now and then. Like probably 4-5 times a day, is there anything to do with this?

Brief Answer:
Most probably sebaceous cysts, dizziness not related to these

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since there is loss of hair from skin above the lumps, these are most probably sebaceous cysts.
The treatment is excision/removal.
Such cysts are not related to dizziness. Hence you need to consult your Doctor, get a proper referral and also get investigated for the dizziness and get treated as per the cause found.
You Doctor may ask for further investigations.

I hope this answer helps you.
