Brief Answer:
Possible infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it seems that you are suffering from an infection which could be viral or bacterial. viral infection is self limited and the fever is expected to subside within three days , while bacterial infection will require an antibiotic.. This is why I would recommend that you take ibuprofen tablets every eight hours for three days and if no improvement occurred then you should refer to your doctor for a prescription of antibiotics.. I hope you find this helpful..
